Formerly known as Kuwait Finance & Investment Company, KFIC Invest was established on April 15th, 2000 as a Kuwaiti shareholding company operating primarily in the financial services sector

2003

Listed on Boursa Kuwait, formerly - Kuwait Stock Exchange, on Ju28th, 2003.

2004

Broadened its organizational structure and strategy to include more services such as asset management, direct investments and investment consulting services.

2008

Established a restructuring plan to offset the impact of the 200 financial crisis and build a robust business strategy. Structured a repayment plan with the support of key stakeholders, while focusing on rebuilding its reputation through adequate liquidity and stability.

2012

Re-established its image as a premier financial and investment institution following the financial crisis.

Introduced a new brand identity by changing the Company’s name from “Kuwait Finance & Investment Company” to “KFIC Invest Company”
